The charge of racism? You and him are both racists. You advocate discriminating against whites and have a bias in favor of blacks.

Yes, treat blacks according to their statistics. Don't treat them better than they are. Likewise don't treat whites worse than they are.

        Your definition of fairness: Treat black criminals better than white criminals. Treat innocent blacks better than innocent whites.

        Are terms such as false positives and false negatives alien to you? If so, please consider educating yourself before speaking up about concepts such as fairness and bias.
