Most poor people are dumb. They can't handle their money, and blow it on stupid shit. Most blacks are dumb, and only about 12% of them are capable of thriving in a technologically advanced society. You can't fix dumb people by shoveling money at them, and you can't fix the ills of society by putting stupid people in jobs that require high responsibility and talent. Racism exists, but it isn't the problem for blacks in America. They are living in the wrong environment, namely cities. They didn't evolve to live in cities. They should be living in small villages where everyone knows everyone else, and where they can police the bad behavior of their own kind with no intervention from whites.

i hate to break this to you, but most EVERYONE is dumb. and you are part of that subculture. you wont be able to process that though, so good luck.
