Almost all ancient civilizations were extremely tribalistic and racist. It's not unique to Jews in the slightest.

Then why isn't their an ages old hatred of those others? Jewish behavior is completely unique, parasitic and promoted by their own religion.

Because all the other ancient religions disappeared long ago. Only the Abrahamic faiths survive, and Christianity spread across the world too quickly to become linked with a people. But historically those practices were the norm, and Jews were actually pretty soft for their world. For example, "an eye for an eye" was actually intended to decrease vengeance.
