I reject your premise entirely. Those who are same sex attracted have almost nothing in common with the "born in the wrong body, puberty blockers & mutilation" crowd. The acronym is entirely arbitrary; LGBT+++ could just as easily include another capital letter to represent albinos.

There is no intrinsic or self evident link between these "communities", other than that they are historically bullied by white-bread Christian yokels.

Same sex attraction is real, natural, and pervasive across the whole animal kingdom. However, no mammal can change its sex, so the trans cult is on very shaky ground.
