It's in California, right? Liberal state hence the $15 question. Water shortages hence the water question. Forest fires hence the fire question. Earth quakes happen often in California hence the earth quake question. In the southeastern USA we kind of see California as a place to avoid.

but in huntington beach, if you want to dine and drink at basilico's, you aint gonna wear no mask..
