That photo of Thomas screams "I'm too old for this shit."
Thomas said that the court's earlier pronouncements that the First Amendment "required public figures to establish actual malice bears no relation to the text, history or structure of the Constitution."
That sounds accurate, even if inconvenient. I wonder if this is what Trump was talking about when he brought up defamation. Everybody thought he wanted to pass UK-style libel laws.
