I made two, one is richer with Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top and the other was plain but we had that warm with honey butter for dinner. I hope the first was as good. It's different batches.

Lactobacillus ferment? I do those for hot sauces. Growing thai peppers now, probably turn them into some sauce.

Yep. I got a cheap ferment setup from the beast Amazon and need to give it a go. I would love to be able to make some fermented sauces someday, I bet they are the business. I finally checked out this sub tonight, and man you did a number on it, mad skills: /s/Cooking

I have two potted banana pepper plants and one jalapeno. One of the banana pepper plants is producing like gangbusters while the other two look healthy but have not produced a single fruit even after flowering. Same soil and they're all within 5 feet of each other. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not certain, maybe the flowers aren't getting fertilized, you can use a cotton swab to artificially inseminate the flowers. Just gently rub the swab in all the flowers for pollen transfer.
