I didn't watch the whole thing, but I didn't think Rand Paul made particularly good points in the first half. It seems like he's grasping, like claiming a US based grant recipient who apparently collaborated with the Wuhan lab means the NIH was complicit.

I generally like Random Paul though.

I agree, he should have had better attacks lined up. But Fraudski seemed bothered that anyone would heckle Him. I'm hoping there will be a game of pile on and people will line up to harass Fraudster. Paul seemed medicated in that clip as if he has chronic pain like so many of us. Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro are also on his case like a couple of Jack Russells and I wish them God Speed.

For your own back, try to find some packets with on-sen (Jpn hot spring) minerals and soak in those. Better to do it before bed because they make you feel good tired but you will sleep well.
