Hmm let's see:

Inevitable slide into totalitarianism and no privacy

Because central authority needs to know and control everything you do, to assess/direct your production and know your needs.

Incompetent people in charge of production

Because they aren't tested by the marketplace for competence

Massive demotivation in the creative and productive capacity of your population

Why bother if you won't benefit?

Super low standard of living

Because incompetents are running the show and the best are hiding their ability so they won't be worked to death for no reward.

Armed men shooting defectors and walls around the state to prevent escape

Because this system always devolves into a prison like system to stop workers escaping.

Hilarious to me when weak little minds have been so fucked by propaganda that words have new meaning to trigger them and anger them! Don't we want The People in charge, instead of CEOs, politicians, bankers, ect... that's socialism. Don't we want The People to seize control of the means of production... that's marxism. Short-sighted, undeveloped, small minded folks don't even understand these buzz words that get them all pissy, it's pretty damn funny from over here! LOL

Amazing how US military scum have to forcefully over throw socialist countries, because the people there actually want and support a system that works for everyone, not just the folks sitting on top, but US military propaganda is strong and effective at turning many minds to mush!

Doesn't work because it entirely ignores the human element and assumes humans would never lie or cheat for their own interests.
