You don't know the history of Europe if you think that's how shit went down. For example, my people could not be beaten by the Roman Empire. We were not beaten by the foreign mercenaries sent by the ailing coffer-counters and their missionaries. We were not beaten by their sharp minds, or by their superior words. In fact, if you read their works, they often say the Scottish mind is second only to the Jewish mind. I would say the Jewish mind only beat the Scottish mind because they paid a Scot to argue their case for them. And it's been working, pretty effectively too. It's working better with us indebted to them than any other Empire, so I think its pretty damn telling that they couldn't get global power until they beat down the clan-system in the North. In the first generation after securing all our lands, they immediately made companies to go out and conquer everything else.

They hired rogue elements from amongst ourselves to kill us. They didn't beat us in court, or on a debate floor. They didn't beat us in one war, or in one way. They paid us to beat ourselves, essentially. And to this day, the majority of my people still deny the southerner and his debt-master. It's not your fault that the men in your ancestry were so inebriated, so high on the gifts of others, but stop acting like history is clear cut. "Oh, they lost because they were weak."

Many lost because they weren't religious fanatics, they didn't realize the war would continue for dozens of generations. Many lost because they were so tired of fighting decade after decade, that when one of their own came around and said: "We don't have to fight them anymore, just give up." many fell for it. My people never did fall for it, not in its entirety. Now, the tide is rising again. Oh boy, here we go again, indeed.

Look in the mirror. Could you do better than your ancestors? Do you even know where Cosmos comes from? I don't. Every European country has a different history when it comes to this struggle. Some of us fought bravely and proud, and we only lost due to treachery. Hundreds of years worth of treachery.
