Why did both my account and my subsaidit get banned?

    Advocating violence be done to a group or a person is NOT against US law. Doing so when it could lead to imminent violence is. I can say "gas the X" in Americ and I am nto breaking any law. If someone is tanding right next to someone with poison gas and I say the same thing, OK now I'm in trouble.

    It's not being coy to say that all laws advocating the death penalty by the state are advocating doing violence to someone for having done something. It's still advocating for violence. People alwys say so and so should have such and such done to them. None of that is illegal.

    Is the content policy here what is legal or something else?

      The site can only do what it can do. I didn't see any threats of violence posts.
