I applaud their desire to self segregate, but a real estate agent isn't a civil engineer. It's highly unlikely that they'll build a city, let alone a small town on that land. More likely than not as the years drone onward, if we read about them again it'll be stories of them auctioning off chunks of their land to pay back taxes or to subsidize their city development plans.
I mean, look at these soft fat people. I doubt they could dig themselves out of a bowl of cereal, let alone a drainage ditch for a road.
