I was prepared to be triggered (I like to think of everyone as mostly equal)… then I clicked on the post and realised it was just dating advice, and I believe sexuality one of the few realms where I think it makes sense to pay attention to sex and gender, at least to a point, since as always, there are exceptions to rules. For example, as a rule, women are generally attracted to males, but some women are also attracted to other women. But, at least for dating, listing out all the rules does make for a reasonable baseline, I think, and a very interesting analysis that doesn't perpetuate any stereotypes I would consider harmful at the moment. I would be interested to see a similar analysis for what other gender/sexuality combinations are attracted to.
