Americans already pay more for their healthcare per head than Brits do for their NHS.

You don't need to increase spending, you need to cut out all those middle men and simplify the system.

This. People don't get it. It's not a matter of money, we already spend more money than anyone else. We just have to re-arrange how that money is spent, and take out all the theft and skimming off the top that hospitals are known for

Agreed. We are are like Soviet Bureaucracy. I think they think we need this bloated system to offset for the total jobs versus total population issue Jobs are not really increasing and with automation, they will only decrease exponentially.

Trump says employment is at an all time high! Yeah, except for the 90 million not even in the labor force.

I think they create these bloated systems to offset for another issue.
