No.
They are not becoming more like women. That is an insult to women.
These men are just soft, lazy and immature in a masculine way just like spoilt princess of old but without the funds to support it long term.
Frankly many men also put on being soft, harmless and nice to hide their true intentions, like how most male feminists turn out to be sex fiends. So those boyish niceguys might actually be the most dangerous.

Yes, but the physiological effects are what make me believer there is more too it. If a boy is born with high testosterone, I doubt he will ever walk flamboyantly or speak in a more feminine tone. The guys I was speaking of are feminine psychically and it manifests in all parts of their behavior.
