Specifically what is this sub for. Please add a sidebar description so people don't have to ask in the future.

Is this like a random sub or is it particularly for memes? Why is there no description in the sidebar? It does you a disservice not to inform users what kind of content this sub is intended for.

I thought at first you were joking: as I understand it, it's for whatever doesn't fit somewhere else, the 'leftover topics' file. Hence the title. Likely to end up pretty random, yeah

Of course I figure as much. But for the sake of clarity I think it would be a good idea to have some description on the sidebar
