Some people have just too much time and money on their hands.

too much time and money

I think his income is from doing shit like this. He has multiple YouTube channels. Pretty sweet gig really. Buy cool toys so YouTube will watch so you can afford more cool toys, repeat.

Really? How much money does one make with 1 million subs? A million a year?

Looks like a million viewers can earn you 25k a month if this cursory search is right.

That's decent money. I used to make that much before I got mercury poisoned... Sigh.

Tesla owners are the type of people to take a car into a garage and pay $250 for an oil change.

You mean they don't even realize they NEVER EVER NEED an oil change to begin with? Jesus.

But you gotta admit, this guy isn't the average Tesla driver. Probably drives a Bugatti.

I mean it's something they would do if they owned a normal car, though they probably would take in their Tesla thinking it needed an oil change. You are right that this guy probably doesn't daily drive a Tesla though. Imo they are pretty boring because you can't do much with them besides drive fast, if it broke down I wouldn't be surprised if they needed OEM parts and for it to be replaced in a Tesla Approved™ garage though. Like an iPhone that you can't open without it self-destructing.
