It's easy to create it: just go to https://archive.today (it's a master domain for these .is/.ph/... websites) and paste news story link to "My url is alive and I want to archive its content" box, click "Save".

The only problem is if you use Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) - they are in conflict with archive.today for some petty reason.
