All those nuclear power plant failures on military vessels. It's so bad they quit using them. There are newer, more modern nuclear plant designs.

Diesel boats need to be refueled. That's lousy for world domination. Not to worry though, because there will come a day when a large chunk of our navy will rot because we're no longer rich.
