Cheap labor.

But from an investment standpoint it seems risky to have China control your business as when you enter you HAVE to have 3 military members and CCP to access all your secrets. Hint: This is why Norton is VERY dangerous as they are fully Chinese now and like I said the military and CPP know what Norton knows so they can access ANY computer in the entire world that uses their software including governments and infrastructure computers, etc Institutions are starting to go more and more with Linux though it's a joke since Windows owns that now.

The way it works is:

Big Western corp seeks a "manufacturing partner" in China. Chinese corp wins the bid, becomes "manufacturing partner". Chinese corp uses cheap labor to make stuff for the Big Western corp. That way the Big Western corp can use the Chinese cheap labor without becoming directly involved in China. Big Western corp then makes big profits and sinks their economy at the same time.
