The CIA has a venture capital fund called IN-Q-TEL. It funded Nokia, Facebook, Apple, SpaceX, and many others.
The CIA gets a $80bn/year "black budget" on top of their normal budget, which they can spend on anything and never have to disclose it.
They pick the winners and losers. And your article shows the FBI is doing the same thing.
So corrupt, it's almost unbelievable. We are so far from a free market with the way things operate right now.
