This will be replaced in the history books as the most horrific medical procedure by hormone blockers administered to preteens.

We literally stopped treatment that was working with an amazing +90% success rate, did a 180 on it and are doing the exact opposite.

Not only did we stop the therapy that was working, switch it to "affirmation" that thier delusions are real, but we now use chemicals to stop them from ever getting the hormones that cure them naturally. There is zero scientific basis for it. It is entirely political. It is more barbaric than cooking them in an oven to "get rid of thier deamons".

That is modern medicine.

I can see how lobotomies were a benefit, maybe bring them back for a few select groups of people.
