i read the other day from david r. hawkins, he says spiritual ideas cannot be proven, but they are verifiable

i have changed my mind, my attitude.. so much that I can verify that this is true.

you attract what you are to yourself... you are a magnet for what you believe in your bones (those things you just believe without question... when you have no doubt that is when the deeper self changes)

I read Psychological projection is a defense mechanism people subconsciously employ in order to cope with difficult feelings or emotions, also people pick the bits of reality that fit with there narrative.
