This guy advocates for a free market with only some restrictions. He supports a negative income tax which can be used to kill every form of welfare, including farming subsidies. He thinks social security is bad and advocates for a total free market(the neolib type of "worldwide free trade" bull). Trust me, communists are a problem and so are capitalists, both sides are manipulated by Jews.

Well, it is said by the Chabadniks. All non-Jews, are not human and have lesser souls than cows are born ONLY to serve the divinity of Jews as the chosen ones. Commumists and capitalists sometimes work together.

What is your take on a monarchy system or a leader, dictator, who takes his orders from Christ only, by his fruits, his rightousness can be observed? Would a leader such as this be better than what we have now?

Eh, my ideology is National Socialism, and National Socialism advocates for a secular state, if the monarch/dictator took orders from Christ only, it would become a Christian theocracy and would cause divide across the Nation. National Socialism is more of a Christian+Pagan team.
