you must not be from america. social programs refer to entitlement programs, ie welfare giveouts to ppl. ppl don't refer to infrastructure investments as "the size cut you want", your original comment i had a problem with, because it's obvious that it's not a cut going to a person. now that i know you meant to support infrastructure and not freebies to lazy niggers we're in agreement

I am from America. "the size cut you want" also implies roads and other social services you have access to, in the way I intended it. Glad we could agree
