Based on method of operation, they don't have interest in taking down any foreign group, but they do have an interest in self-defense and establishing relations with everyone. Their policy is non-interference, even with evil pedophile shits or ethically questionable groups like the Taliban. Establishing relations with the Vatican seems pretty normal to their MO. They spend the same amount of effort with tiny African countries as they do with global powerhouses. So the evidence you posted isn't really overwhelming.

Based on more confirmable evidence, the OSS helped the Maoists come into power. They possibly set-up both the Cultural Revolution in mainland and White Terror in Taiwan (to reset their respective populations and establish two ends of a political spectrum to get the people to turn on each other and exist in a state of conflict).

But with mainland shutting their doors to the world, the pedo's grip on China considerable weakened. The pedos can't outright control China because the Chinese don't allow foreigners into their government and they can't exactly send a white dude to climb up China's ranks. Inserting agents would require methods like bribery, blackmail, threats, etc.

With the death of Mao, fall of the Immortal Eight and failed coup attempt at Tiananmen followed by the re-introduction of censorship, signs point to China being much less likely to being controlled. The pedos don't try to incite coups in states they already control. Furthermore, they don't need to manufacture mass amounts of fake news on a country they already control. Lastly, one of their main methods in controlling politicians (luring them into pedo rings and blackmailing them) is non-existent in mainland due to the absence of US military bases or NGO's operating there.

In terms of political entities they actually control, they can use these puppets to carry out evil deeds to justify conflict. They used Hitler, for instance, to genocide Jews and generate WWII. At the same time, Hitler moved Zionists and elite members of Jewish society to Palestine to establish Israel in the Haavara Agreement.

Controlled entities tend to actually do what the pedos want them to do, which is why I'm inclined to believe that Putin's not a part of them, otherwise Ukraine wouldn't need to incite so many false flags.
