1) Biden has not used the federal agencies to censor political speech. He pushed social media platforms to take down false posts about the Covid-19 pandemic and the 2020 presidential election.

2) Trump set up fake electors in seven states to steal the election, and organized a insurrection to halt the transfer of power, tried to push officials to find him 11,780 extra votes in Georgia, and that's the one that we know about because it was recorded.

    Yes, you may have a mental illness. A problem with mental illness is that during an episode you may well be not fit to live in society. But it's not obvious what the most cost-effective way to deal with it is. You need close monitoring. It's possible that A.I will soon be able to notify family or authorities that you need intervention, but at the moment, everything's rent free, inside your head.

    A problem with all the activist federalist society judges that Trump appointed, despite lack of experience and ability is judgements like this. Anyone else can click the "I think that this is misinformation" button on some social media post, but not the government ... even if it has to do with government policy, and the government is the one who would know.

    Trying to steal an election by sending in fake paperwork from fake electors, trying to pressure officials to falsify the vote totals or by insurrection are correctly illegal, and the prosecution of those crimes isn't due to political activism.
