It does not ban men using women bathrooms. It bans transgender people from using the bathroom of their gender.

I means that guys like Michael Hughes will be forced by law to use the women's bathrooms.

Why do you say that. I read the article and it specifically stated that it was banning MEN who IDENTIFY as women from using the women's bathrooms. Which shouldn't even need to be a law, it should just be common sense that men belong in the men's bathroom and women belong in the women's. How far has our society fallen that we have to makes laws that force people to use common sense.

I get what you're saying but people like him or here or whatever can actually PASS. I am talking about men walking around that are OBVIOUSLY men getting their rocks off on being in the women's bathrooms.

The article does say that.

The legislation doesn't differentiate between men using women's bathrooms or women using men's.

The wording is all like this:

"To preserve the individual privacy of male and female students in the public education system, a student may only access an operational sex-designated privacy space within a public school that is designated for student use if the student's sex corresponds with the sex designation of the privacy space."

Okay I do get what you're saying, but as long as we have things happening like 50 year old men being able to self identify as 13 year old girls and being allowed to shower and change with them, these laws need to be enacted.

I agree it's not going to be ideal for actual trans men and women who are just trying to go about their business and live their lives, but unfortunately that ship has sailed due to all the AGP's that have now hijacked that movement. The men who are walking around in dresses with beards and threatening women who try and tell them they can't be in the women's bathroom. Women and girls need to be protected from these men and unfortunately this is the only way to do it.

I've never heard of that happening. Do you have an example?

Women and girls need to be protected from these men and unfortunately this is the only way to do it.

By putting bearded masculine men in their bathroom because that man was misassigned female at birth?

i must admit that i might enjoy showering with 13 year old girls.

i always had a thing for girl scouts.
