Feinstein has been cognitively dead for quite some time. She is not alone in this. The number of people who are clearly cognitively incompetent (more than one elected after full evidence of their incompetence is very publicly available) is telling as to where our "elite" stand on the curve of empire. Hint: the empire stopped growing decades ago.
