There's a good reason chipit had to do that.

It's because chipit is addicted to outrage pieces that affirm his fragility.

Chipit has no, zero interest in the politico link itself. That's just not interesting to him. What he enjoys are, articles that tell him he's a very special man who is under attack.

And chipits article could be about how....the Venezuelans are invading Minnesota. We could say - hey chipit, that's fake news, there is no military invasion, or whatever. But it doesn't matter; he is not interacting with these stories, as though there are true bits of the world, which can be proven or disproven by looking at politico or Minnesota. He just enjoys the (even fictional) internet narrative that he's a special snowflake under attack.

Poor baby. Hope he grows out of it
