Looks like Jack Smith is looking to wire fraud charges. Trump raised $250 million by claiming they wanted to fight fraud they knew did not exist.
The fund seems to be used to keep people who are being subpoenaed on a healthy retainer.

The election was stolen, 4 million of the Biden mail-in votes were not even signed and came in at 4 am when the polls were supposed to be closed.
