If they had been building nuclear power plants for the last 20+ years since Al Gore declared that we're all going to die in 12 years, there wouldn't be such a need for more oil fields. But noooooooo.... the eco nuts and NIMBYs had to put so many roadblocks in the way that we're now more than 30 years behind in building plants.
