    US and NATO can place their armies in any agreeing member nation without ruZ permission.

    Neither were placing their armies in Ukraine, you're just straight up wrong about that.

      Ukraine was not going to join NATO but Estonia is a fully fledged member, and they can put American missiles a stone's throw from Petrograd any time they want.
