Remember that one time Russia put missile bases in Cuba, which wasn't any of the US business, and we were totally cool with it

Yeah an event from the height of the cold war 60 years ago is really relevant today.

So what about if the USA from 60 years ago, makes a deal with the ruZ from today. Starting from 60 years ago, USA will ignore and stop interfering with Cuba, and in return ruZ today will ignore and stop interfering with their neighbours today. That sounds fair right

Edit - sorry I wrote that in a rush. In addition. This is whataboutism, because you can't excuse crimes today by saying bad things happened 60 years ago. Furthermore, nobody is saying America was correct to pressure Cuba in that way, and if you're here criticising America from 60 years ago for behaviour we see today, then I assume you'll join me in condemning the current crimes
