That is a true statement. Trump has been made into an idol, and it is a sin to place him above the Lord.

But if you think Jesus is an idol, consider this: we do not worship the physical body of Jesus that died on the cross to give us remission from sin, but we worship the Spirit of God who was in that body. People that do not recognize the Spirit of God in the words and deeds of Jesus are still lost in their sins and are confused, not even knowing who God is.

Considering I am Christian, I agree. I agree with everything except the god section.

It IS still a tool to bring people together and make them part of a system they might otherwise be cast from.

I agree that man-made religions are used to enslave people. I do not go to church and do not encourage anyone to do so, but Jesus is not a religion. He is the Lord, the Son of God, whom the religious leaders condemned and hung on a cross in public for all in Jerusalem, Israel to see his humiliating death. He was more behind the scenes in the past, but has a long history of this kind of thing. Fauci played a very similar role in the AIDS epidemic that he did in COVID. He fearmongered that gays could spread aids by casually touching them years after we knew this wasnt true. He gave them AZT which he knew was a terrible drug to help his big pharma cronies, and killed many better treatments.

He even got George W Bush to give him billions of dollars to 'save africa from AIDS' but ended up doing a bunch of illegal experiments on Africans, giving them AIDS vaccines without telling them, that literally gave them AIDS. Bush knew about this, was didn't wanna go down with the ship, as he'd already made a big deal about the humanitarian mission, so gave Fauci an award.
