I could care less if they look normal or not. It's if they act normal is the issue.

And that's usually how you spot them in the first place. Because if someone is acting normal they're not going to be obsessed with their gender or transgender social justice, and constantly proclaiming their superiority and rights to special privileges. Other people won't even tell you their gender unless it's necessary.
