    Twitter is the US and representative of what the US has always been

    Only reason more people are waking up is cause they have more access to information and other voices, to which the government is still trying to control. But the 1984 dystopian hell hole called America has been here from the start.

    There’s a reason Nigeria banned Twitter for a few months last year. Should have kept that ban permanent.

    Also, Uganda bans social media in the weeks running up to elections.

    On mainstream social media misleading means pro-republican/anti-democrat while any content that is anti-republican/pro-democrat will never be marked as misleading regardless of how misleading it actually is. Pretty sure I’m preaching to the choir here though

    In today's age, if you use twitter for a source of information, you already know what to expect, so really, there is nothing wrong with this. Any politician that uses it as a platform is retarded. So they will get what they deserve.

    Further, any politician, is retarded. You can not fix a broken system using that same system.
