It's sad (or telling?) when Tucker Carlson has the only rational reaction: Following Texas school shooting and Buffalo tragedy, leaders should ask this question

I am not a fan of Tucker Carlson. I don't even think he comes up with his own opinions, he's a useless mouthpiece like the CIA's Taylor Lorenz, just for the other team.

Blaming this on mental illness is about the most useless thing you could do. It's a scapegoat. We want something to be wrong with these monsters so it makes sense. But that doesn't help anything -- even if he were correct -- because we don't have any cures for "mental illness," and what treatment we do have doesn't work so well.

So he might as well said it was an act of God.

There is a bit of writing on this subject, how we try to rationalize the actions of people like this. I don't have a better link than anyone could google tho.

I used to like him. But he's completely lost it the last few years like many in his faction. His current concerns seem to be mainly how sexy the m&m characters look.
