Writing from a small sized city (population 2500) and no shortage of gas here. Gas is still under 3 bucks a gallon, too. I'm right in the buttcrack of Dallas, and the prices inside the city are high, but no one has ran/is running out. Just drive 5 minutes outside of the city and get cheaper gas instead of panic buying premium.
