Bam! That's exactly how it is around here. Indians and Mexicans come here to work the shit jobs. When one of them joins a crew of lazy ass white people who work for the government and out performs them they get all spiteful and bitter.

To be fair, I've seen hard working boomers join maintenance crews and they too would also take shit from the crew who are used to dogging it all day long.
