I went on dozens and dozens of dates through OKCupid pre-2015, and not once was politics ever discussed. Ever. The only thing I ever got crap for by some woman was because I had Ayn Rand listed as one of my favorite authors, which she is, but not because of her politics. Oh, and some girl once started talking to me about how much of a feminist she was, which was an immediate no thank you from me. Other than that, the only thing I cared about was 1) how nice she was and 2) how well we got along and 3) how attracted I was to her.
