That is what she said. Your title is misleading and the articles title is even more misleading. This does not clarify anything. It is speculation. Not saying it isn' possibly sound speculation and shouldn't be considered. I am saying people are going to present this as fact and look like an idiot and it is going to hurt those of us worried about this overreach.
