I don't entirely buy into the whole "women causing the decline of society" bullshit, but I did get thinking the other day: the left is entirely dominated by women. Short of Schumer, the higher up men on the left don't seem influential.

Women are not the cause for the decline of society. Women being placed in positions of authority is one of the causes of the decline of society.

Any evidence for that? (no)

Nah - Germany is the 4th richest economy. She's doing something right.

Perhaps: Imelda Marcos

It's not like Republicans are gonna save us, though.

True, but it's not like they're out there voting for staunch libertarians either.

Ridiculous map. What is the source? That's not how demographic results would look, by a long shot.

When people are so disconnected from the reality of demographics and voting that they just kneejerk reject them for no reason.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

I mentioned the reason. I asked you for the source. Disinformation is spread with images like this, that as you note are "disconnectd from the realilty of demographics". For example, 'College Educated Whites' would not turn that many states Red. It is impossible. And the majority of them are not nearly that stupid.

I asked you for the source.

There is no minority female group that votes in majority for Republicans. We both know that, you're just lying about it. And even white females are only a plurality by just +/- 2-4%.

For example, 'College Educated Whites' would not turn that many states Red.

I'll be honest, looking at that again you might be right.

In the UK it's mostly leftist men driving this. There's a whole bro movement around Corbyn which is just old school bully boys throwing their weight around with a woke sheen. A couple of years ago a Labour politician was talking and one of these progressive men just picked her up and removed her from the platform. This is why women actually need some sort of respected hierarchy in society otherwise all you're left with is who's the strongest, where women will always lose.

Women Democrats at the moment are much more brave than their male counterparts at the moment, which makes the men look weak. There is however, Adam Schiff, who is doing his job. Republican congressmen are quite outspoken, and sometimes promise their constituents the opposite of what they vote for in congress; eg. Rubio, Paul, McConnell, etc. Republican congresswomen - lately - seem unhinged when they support QAnon theories.

I don’t pay close attention to Adam Schoff, but of the little I’ve seen of him, he’s like the poster boy for a weak male.
