This would disproportionately affect rural areas. Most of those are red areas. Sounds like political suicide.

Let me guess, we'll be forced to use GPS in our cars, so they can track us 24/7?

This will disproportionally impact lower income people, since I'm assuming it won't be adjusted per mile based on income as tolls aren't based on income.
