She voted Yes for it btw.

Seriously? What a hypocrite. She's petitioning us to stand tall, but she's the one with the actual power to do something about this, and she folds immediately...

This is the reaction of the typical newfag that still believes that politics is a genuine thing, and not just a way for assholes to amass shekels from Giberment.

I ain't heard anyone say "newfag" in years.

Um, so? What about it?

[–][deleted] 5 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 1 fun6 insightful - 2 fun -  (4 children)

Just an observation. Another observation: you don't insightful vote your own comments, which is weird, because it's done by default.

It's an autistic habit of mine.

I always assumed people do this out of humility.

No I just don't like the way it looks when I go on my profile page.

[–][deleted] 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Kind of a weird way of phrasing it. Rather than saying "he isn't insightgul voting his own comments" i think it makes a bit more sense to say that "he is un-upvoting himself after every comment". Idk, it's just your way implies the rest of us are upvoting our own comments but as you said it's just how it is by default.

No that reaction would be "Well I'm sure she just got confused or pressured about the vote, she'll vote better next time because he tweet shows she understands the issues and stands for the people"

I'm simply pointing out hypocrisy.

Dude, AOC likely sucked cock to climb higher in her political career.

We obviously know this happens in US politics - everyone knows the story of Kamala - so I'm not doubting the plausibility, but do you have any kind of source for that assertion? Or is it just a gut feeling?

[–]ZestyOnSaidit 0 insightful - 1 fun0 insightful - 0 fun1 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

It's a good old gut recognition. I wouldn't call it a feeling.

Dude, Magnora is an admin of Saidit. I think it's safe to say he's heard it all at this point.

She's owned by big tech, but still pretends to work for the little guy.

    [–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

She's being pushed out by the old boomer moderates, that's her gripe. They were happy to tolerate the firebrand when her votes were needed but she is bad news for the big energy interests and no doubt the military industrial complex as well.

    Source on that?

edit: I mean, how can you tell who voted what and on what law?
