"Republicans steal SC seats and then get mad when Democrats try to do something about it, more at 11"

huh? Pubs didn't steal SC seats. The # didn't change.

Dems want to increase # of SC judges. Try to keep up.

Hopefully the SC will rollback ObamaCare the day Biden gets inaugurated.

it's disgusting the way the libtards worship criminals and want to shit on victims. I'm glad Trump is executing a few assholes on his way out.

    Have you forgotten Garland?

And Amy was unceremoniously rammed down our throats. She's literally part of some Jesus cult, absolutely not qualified to be one of the Nine.

It's only reasonable that the Dems want to restore some semblance of balance and integrity to the SC.

And lol, yes, let's roll back Obamacare so we can go back to the days of health insurance companies randomly dropping coverage of people when they got cancer. You dipshit Republicans really love when corporations give it to you dry, huh? Maybe next time if you squeal, the shareholders will throw some lube your way.

no, let's keep dipshit ObamaCare, which has jacked up everyone's prices and provides worst coverage than private! /s

You moronic libs just love throwing your money at your asinine bleeding-heart causes, don't you? Keep your emotions to yourself and your hands out of my wallet, dipshit.

You reddit 'tards are amusing when you get out of your little echo chamber and try to actually debate without being able to ban someone with a different opinion.

<< Biden's freaking plans around guns are insane. >> They're just plans, lots of others have had plans of a similar nature and they failed.

It doesn't matter who sits in the white house. If you are relying on any government to empower you and give you security you have already surrendered.

Yep. But who will do it? How?

There are 3 more good options too. Texas is the best one.

I'm going to quote this Orphan_Babies dude on reddit because it's what I agree is going to happen with the Texas lawsuit:

The Texas case is moreso about “these states broke their constitutional processes to expand mail voting because of Covid. That’s why more votes came in for Biden. And since this effects our state we are suing”

The SoS in each of those states made emergency changes to allow access for people to practice their FEDERAL constitutional right to vote. There wasn’t ANY push back until after the election when republicans realized they lost. So there’s no harm to be documented as that should have been apparently brought before the election. (What’s been decided in other cases)

Also each state is given the right to hold elections how they see fit. And if a process is done outside of legislature - and it effects OTHER states then CA can sue TX for the executive order made by the governor to have one drop box per county. That decision wasn’t made in legislature. (This is the can of worms this case brings up if SCOTUS allows it).

Regardless, Texas and the other states that joined are going outside of their constitutional powers to invalidate the votes of millions of people all because they think the other states acted unconstitutionally. When it’s asinine because they are legitimately saying to those millions of voters: “tough shit, your state didn’t follow the process point by point so your vote is canceled.” These millions of people (both Trump and Biden voters) voted and followed the law that was given to them. Regardless of legislature or UNCHALLENGED changes.

So overall the response should be to Texas and these other states that joined: “tough shit, you didn’t challenge it until now, you are making up this ‘harm’ and you’re being unconstitutional yourselves for KNOWINGLY trying to invalidate the will of people in other states because now you think it’s bad for you”.

get an amendment passed to ensure number of judges can't be expanded.

How? That's the question. It's not something the court is going to do to itself.
