The trans thing will quietly fizzle away after this peak is over. There is no way the medical industry admits to being wrong and takes on infinite legal liability.

That, or we have a revolution and trans people get executed or detransitioned if they are pro-op.

Even with that, the real world effects will pile up for everyone that has been harmed, and the coolness of the trend will die down at the same time. Trends never sustain. Not saying the trans thing will disappear. Just that 90% of the cases are purely for social reasons, so those will go away when it's not fashionable to be trans anymore.
