I haven't seen the picture, but if he was physically forced to the ground, shouldn't there be a lot of parents in jail for physically forcing their child to do something?

To play devil's advocate: The child was uninjured. Is a picture proof enough of abuse? If a child starts crying because he wants a lollipop then the parent quickly snaps a photo with their hands around the child's throat, did the parent commit a crime?

Right now, you are a horrible person who defends holding a child down with his arms restrained behind his back, while having an adult put his knee on his neck.

Thr kid is crying and looks terrified. Become a better person.
