I think we need more context before this guy gets virtually mobbed by leftists, was the child drunk or high on PCP? If so the knee may have been the only thing holding the kid back from grabbing the LEO's gun.

There was someone holding the child down. They are just as culpable and should be arrested for child abuse.

I haven't seen the picture, but if he was physically forced to the ground, shouldn't there be a lot of parents in jail for physically forcing their child to do something?

To play devil's advocate: The child was uninjured. Is a picture proof enough of abuse? If a child starts crying because he wants a lollipop then the parent quickly snaps a photo with their hands around the child's throat, did the parent commit a crime?

Right now, you are a horrible person who defends holding a child down with his arms restrained behind his back, while having an adult put his knee on his neck.
