She would have been thrown in prison for exercising her 2nd amendment right.

Prison > Dead. Illegal concealed carry is a misdemeanor, even in commie states like CA.

Honestly, they should move to a different state. I'm lucky to be in one of the last states the still recognize the 2nd amendment (Arkansas).
